We are seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to support onsite property managers at residential apartment communities in Concord and Walnut Creek. This is a part-time, temporary, open-ended opportunity offering steady hours and hands-on administrative experience in a fast-paced, resident-facing environment.
Part-time: 12–24 hours per week depending on location, some saturdays required after training
Responsibilities
- Provide front desk support and assist residents and prospective tenants
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries professionally
- Perform data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks
- Process applications and maintain records
- Create and track maintenance work orders
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance/service requests
- Deliver strong customer service in all interactions
Qualifications
- Customer service experience (required)
- 1+ year of administrative or office support experience (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and basic computer applications (required)
- Experience with data entry and document management
- Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work independently
- Availability to work Saturdays (required)
- Property management experience is a plus, but not required
