Job Title: Human Resource Payroll Coordinator
Location: Corona, CA 92878 (Onsite)
Schedule: Mon-Wed. 8:00am-4:30pm (16-24 hours per week)
Pay Range: $25-$30 per hour DOE
Tentative start date: Mid May
Position Summary: The Human Resource Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Human Resource Manager, and Office Manager. Tasks will range from doing data entry of payroll, audit timecards, assisting with onboarding of new hires, maintaining employee files, scheduling payroll takes through the IRS, managing CalSavers account, creating benefits packages, following up on worker comp. claims, doing general administrative duties, and various projects as needed.
Qualifications
2+ year of recent similar experience
Ability to commit to the part time schedule
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Computer proficiency
Microsoft Dynamic is a plus
Professional appearance and communication skills
Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus but not required
Must be a team player.
Flexible to switch gears and multitask with a good attitude.
This position does require attention to detail and ability to multi-task
