Job Title: Bookkeeper / Accounts Payable (Part-Time, Onsite – West Los Angeles)
Schedule: 2 days per week, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM PST
Compensation: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
Location Requirement: Must be within 20 miles of our West Los Angeles office (ZIP code 90025)
Qualifications:
•Minimum of 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable and account reconciliation

As Accounts Payable/Bookkeeper, the following will be your duties:
• Manage accounts payable functions, including processing invoices, verifying
transactions, and reconciling accounts.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments to vendors and suppliers.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy
and identify discrepancies
Prepare and process employee expense reports and reimbursements.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and exercise discretion in
handling sensitive data.
Accounts Payable/Bookkeeper should possess the following qualifications:
• Accounts payable and reconciliation experience necessary.
• Must live within 20 miles of our office (Zip Code 90025).
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar programs.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial
recordkeeping.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
tasks and meet deadlines.
• Solid understanding of accounts payable processes, including invoice
processing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with vendors,
suppliers, and internal stakeholders
