Job Summary
We are seeking a Part-Time Back Office Representative for a temporary, on-site opportunity in Lake Mary, FL. This seasonal role is ideal for candidates who enjoy photography, image editing, digital content, social media, and technology-focused work.
In this back-office position, you will review, organize, and edit digital images that support AI and machine learning initiatives. There is no customer interaction, making this a strong fit for detail-oriented candidates who prefer independent production work in a structured environment.
This opportunity offers hands-on exposure to advanced technology projects, formal training through a client certification process, and the chance to build experience in digital image review, creative production, and quality assurance. The work environment is fast-paced, team-oriented, and quality-driven, with supportive leadership and clear expectations to help you succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, organize, and evaluate digital images for quality, accuracy, and compliance with project guidelines.
- Edit image elements such as brightness, contrast, hue, saturation, sharpness, color balance, and overall visual presentation.
- Order and assess images from neutral to more stylized appearances based on client-specific standards.
- Review digital and social media content for appropriateness, quality, and consistency.
- Support AI and machine learning projects through accurate image analysis and visual decision-making.
- Work independently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $18.00 per hour.
- Employment type: Temporary assignment.
- Assignment duration: Tentatively through the end of July.
- Location: Lake Mary, FL.
- Work arrangement: 100 percent on-site.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Hours may vary based on project volume and could occasionally be less than 40 hours per week.
- Target start dates: June 18 or June 22.
- Seasonal summer opportunity with immediate hiring needs.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Review and edit digital images for AI and machine learning production projects.
- Organize image content and evaluate visual quality based on established standards.
- Apply client-specific image review, editing, and quality guidelines.
- Review digital and social media content for quality, appropriateness, and consistency.
- Minimum of 2 years of photo editing and photography experience.
- At least 6 months of computer or technical experience.
- Experience using professional photo editing software or similar digital editing tools.
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong computer navigation skills and technical proficiency.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and visual judgment.
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced production environment.
- Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, systems, and processes.
- Must successfully complete and pass a client certification program before moving into production.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional photography or photo editing experience.
- Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Capture One, or similar editing platforms.
- Familiarity with iOS, macOS, or comparable technology environments.
- Experience reviewing or editing images for digital media, social media, creative production, or quality assurance workflows.
