Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Assistant to a Banker to support our team in delivering exceptional client service. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured, customer-focused environment and enjoys being part of a local community.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative and operational support to the banker
Prepare and organize client documentation
Assist with scheduling appointments and follow-ups
Greet customers and support in-branch service needs
Help maintain accurate records and data entry
Communicate professionally with clients in person and over the phone
Qualifications
Previous administrative, banking, or customer service experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with basic computer tasks and software
Dependable and professional demeanor
Must be available to work onsite, 25–30 hours per week
