Location: St. Johns County (Near 32259) Pay: $18/hr Schedule: Mon/Wed/Fri | 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Flexible shift times available)

Position Overview
AppleOne is seeking a detail-oriented, computer-savvy Administrative Professional to join a relaxed, family-owned office in St. Johns County. This is an ideal role for someone looking for a consistent part-time schedule with the opportunity to grow into more hours and a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities
Data Entry: Accurately inputting information and maintaining digital records.

Client Communication: Professional interaction with clients and internal staff members.

Office Support: Managing emails via Outlook, drafting documents in Word, and handling multi-tasking demands.

Requirements
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook is essential.

Soft Skills: A "can-do" attitude and the ability to pivot between tasks seamlessly.

Background: Proven experience in data entry, customer service, or general administrative roles.

Office Environment: Must be comfortable working in a home-style, family-owned office with three dogs on-site.

Reliability: Must have dependable transportation for the commute to the St. Johns/Cypress Creek area.
