We’re looking for a dependable Part-Time Executive Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys staying organized, helping others, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What You’ll Do:
Manage calendars and meetings for the CEO and team
Draft and proofread emails, letters, and meeting materials
Help set up and break down meetings (including coffee and food orders)
Assist with employee communications and special events
Organize and prepare board reports and presentations
Keep common areas like kitchens and meeting rooms clean and stocked
Attend meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
Support other admin staff when needed
What We’re Looking For:
Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
Strong communication and proofreading skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a busy environment
Trustworthy, organized, and a great team player
