Part-Time Administrative Assistant – Greeley, CO
Pay: $19.00/hour
Schedule: Part-Time
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations in Greeley. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, multitasking, and providing team support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
-Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally
-Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
-Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
-Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets
-Assist with filing, scanning, and general office organization
-Provide support to staff and management as needed
Qualifications
-Previous administrative or office support experience (3+ years)
-Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Strong attention to detail and time management
-Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
