We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide temporary front desk support while our Office Coordinator is on leave.

Responsibilities include:
*Greeting staff and vendors at reception
*Answering and directing phone calls
*Coordinating and ordering office lunches and meetings
*Assisting with spring retreat event planning
*Scanning, filing, and document organization
*Supporting daily administrative tasks and special projects
*Preparing mail merges, printing, and mailings
*Managing FedEx label and shipping requests
*Coordinating Enterprise car rental reservations

Schedule:
Part-time, 25 hours/week
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM (flexible to 2:30–3:00 PM with unpaid lunch)
