Part-Time Administrative Assistant

Pay: $18/hour
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 10:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Shift times can be flexible, with the opportunity to grow hours and convert to a permanent role over time.

Location:
St. Johns, FL 32259 (St. Johns County)
Candidates must be comfortable with the commute to this location.

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and computer-savvy Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our family-owned office. This is a relaxed and welcoming work environment—please note that the office owner has three friendly dogs, so comfort around pets is a must.

Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate and efficient data entry
Manage administrative tasks using Microsoft Word and Outlook
Communicate professionally with clients and staff members
Handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Provide general administrative and customer service support as needed

Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
Strong data entry skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Positive, can-do attitude
Prior experience in administrative, data entry, or clerical support roles preferred

Work Environment
Family-owned office
Relaxed, supportive atmosphere
Pet-friendly (dogs are present in the office)
