Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk (QuickBooks Required)
Location: Pierce, CO (On-site)
Hours: Part-Time (15–25 hours per week)
Pay: $22–$28/hour (DOE)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk with QuickBooks experience to support our accounting operations. This role focuses on invoicing, payment processing, and account maintenance — no collections responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Create and send customer invoices in QuickBooks
Post incoming payments (checks, ACH, credit card)
Maintain accurate customer account records
Reconcile accounts and assist with month-end close
Generate basic AR reports as needed
Communicate with internal team regarding billing accuracy
Qualifications:
1+ year of Accounts Receivable or bookkeeping experience
Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online or Desktop)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Reliable and able to work independently
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience in small business accounting
Familiarity with general accounting principles
