Part-Time Accounting / Administrative Assistant
Location: Carpinteria, CA (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 24–30 hours/week
Pay: $24.00–$27.00/hour (DOE)

We are hiring a part-time Accounting / Administrative Assistant to support day-to-day office and accounting operations. This on-site role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and comfortable working with numbers and administrative tasks.
MUST HAVE :
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting or administrative support
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and 10-key data entry
Well-formatted resume with correct grammar and clear employment dates
Key Responsibilities:
Process credit card transactions and manage physical/digital records
Enter financial data accurately using Excel and accounting tools
Assist with A/P, A/R, invoice tracking, and payroll data entry
Maintain organized office files and documentation
Provide general administrative support to management
Qualifications:
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Accounting/Finance)
2+ years of relevant accounting or bookkeeping experience
Familiar with accounting principles and software (Sage is a plus)
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Comfortable using office technology and tools
Additional Info:
Must be local to Carpinteria, CA (or able to relocate before start)
Flexible part-time schedule within weekday business hours
On-site role only
