Job Summary
A well-established Central Florida law firm is seeking an experienced Paralegal with HOA litigation experience for a direct hire opportunity in Orlando, FL. This role is ideal for a litigation paralegal or legal assistant who enjoys managing document-intensive cases, working closely with attorneys and clients, and supporting homeowners association and condominium association legal matters from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume caseload involving HOA and condominium association litigation matters.
- Prepare, review, and file legal documents, including notices, complaints, liens, releases of liens, foreclosure pleadings, and collection documents.
- Support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from case inception through resolution.
- Communicate professionally with board members, homeowners, management companies, opposing counsel, courts, and third parties.
- Maintain litigation calendars, track deadlines, coordinate filings, and ensure timely case progression.
- Organize case files, manage documentation, and provide ongoing legal and administrative support to attorneys.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $65,000 to $80,000+ per year, depending on experience.
- Top compensation available for candidates with 7 to 10+ years of HOA or condominium association experience.
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
- Work from home every Monday and Friday.
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage HOA and condominium association litigation files from opening through resolution.
- Prepare and file litigation, foreclosure, lien, collection, and association-related legal documents.
- Maintain case deadlines, litigation calendars, court filings, and document organization.
- Communicate with attorneys, clients, courts, opposing counsel, homeowners, board members, and management companies.
- Minimum 5 years of litigation paralegal or legal assistant experience.
- Strong experience with litigation case management, legal document preparation, calendaring, and court filings.
- Ability to manage a high-volume, document-intensive caseload with multiple deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and sense of urgency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional client service approach.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- HOA or condominium association law experience is highly preferred.
- Full-cycle foreclosure litigation experience is preferred for candidates interested in transitioning into HOA law.
- Experience working with association boards, management companies, homeowners, liens, collections, or foreclosure-related matters is a strong plus.
