Paralegal – Litigation (Multiple Openings in Florida)

We are seeking skilled and detail-oriented Litigation Paralegals to join legal teams across Orlando and throughout Florida. This role is a key part of the litigation process, supporting attorneys in case preparation, discovery, and trial work. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

•Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery documents, subpoenas, and other legal paperwork.

•Coordinate discovery, including document collection, review, and production.

•Maintain and organize case files, calendars, and deadlines.

•Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries or chronologies.

•Assist with deposition, mediation, and trial preparation (exhibits, witness binders, trial notebooks).

•Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, courts, and opposing counsel.

•Manage e-filing in state and federal courts.

•Summarize depositions, medical records, and other case documents.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certification required.

•Minimum of 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred.

•Familiarity with state and federal court procedures and filing requirements.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

•Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management software.

•Ability to work fully on-site, Monday–Friday.
