Experienced Paralegal – Insurance Defense
Location: Downtown Shreveport, LA
Pay: $15–$21/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time

About the Role:
Join a high-performing legal team in a busy downtown office. We’re seeking a skilled, dependable Paralegal with 5+ years of recent experience in insurance defense or litigation support. This is an opportunity for someone who values precision, professionalism, and long-term career stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and format legal documents with accuracy
Transcribe dictation and maintain organized case files
Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and court personnel
Manage scheduling, deadlines, and document delivery
Support litigation processes and insurance defense cases
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 5+ years of recent legal secretary/paralegal experience
Fast and accurate typing and transcription skills
Familiarity with insurance defense and litigation terminology
Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a high-volume environment
Works well alongside a Paralegal and Shareholder
Trainable, takes initiative, and seeks long-term career stability
Strong attention to detail and professional communication skills
