A prestigious and well-established law firm located in the heart of downtown is seeking a highly skilled Paralegal with a strong background in commercial litigation. This is a full-time, in-office position ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and is committed to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive litigation support to attorneys, including case preparation, document review, and trial assistance
Draft, proofread, and file legal documents with precision and timeliness
Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
Manage case files, discovery materials, and court deadlines
Transcribe legal dictation and correspondence with high accuracy
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client and case matters
Qualifications:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a paralegal in commercial litigation
Strong knowledge of legal procedures, court rules, and e-filing systems
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Typing speed of 60+ WPM with excellent transcription skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
