Civil Litigation & Transactional Law
We are seeking experienced and detail-oriented legal professionals to join a busy law practice. These are in-office, full-time positions (Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) offering stability, responsibility, and hands-on legal work.

Litigation Paralegal
Salary Range: $52,000–$57,000 annually
Experience: 3–5 years preferred
Overview:
This role supports civil litigation attorneys and requires prior litigation experience, including trial preparation. The ideal candidate is organized, confident communicating with courts, and thrives in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support attorneys in civil litigation matters
E-filing documents with courts
Managing calendars, deadlines, and scheduling
Drafting and responding to court correspondence
Assisting with trial preparation and filings
Maintaining organized case files
Qualifications:
Prior civil litigation experience required
Trial experience strongly preferred
Excellent calendaring and organizational skills
Professional written and verbal communication
Ability to manage deadlines independently
Transactional Paralegal / Legal Assistant
Salary Range: $45,000–$48,000 annually
Experience: Prior legal or administrative experience preferred
Overview:
This position focuses on administrative and transactional legal support. Litigation experience is not required. Ideal for candidates who excel at organization, document management, and administrative coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
General legal and administrative support
Filing, typing, and document preparation
Managing calendars and correspondence
Assisting with internal HR-related coordination
Maintaining organized records and files
Qualifications:
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Experience in a legal or professional office setting preferred
Excellent attention to detail
Reliable, professional, and proactive work style
Work Environment
In-office position
Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
