Work Schedule
Core business hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with flexibility to work overtime as needed. This is a fully in-office position. Regular physical attendance and punctuality are required.

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join our Labor & Employment team in our Orlando office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of litigation experience, with Labor & Employment experience strongly preferred. Candidates with business or commercial litigation backgrounds will also be considered.

This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with precision and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of document production and discovery, including organization, tracking, and review
Draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation-related documents
Coordinate and support trial and hearing preparation, including attendance as needed
Maintain case files and ensure accuracy of all filings
Review legal documents to confirm all necessary parties and information are included
Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, court personnel, and third parties

Qualifications
Minimum of five (5) years of litigation experience required
Labor & Employment experience preferred
Business or commercial litigation experience acceptable
Paralegal certificate preferred
