A law firm in Downtown Orlando is actively seeking a skilled Insurance Defense Paralegal with 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably in bodily injury and/or general liability. This role requires hands-on trial experience and a strong commitment to excellence in a fast-paced legal environment.

Location:
Orlando, Florida 32801
This is an in-office position with some hybrid flexibility after 3-6 months.

Compensation:
$65,000 – $75,000 annually

Key Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of litigation paralegal experience, preferably in insurance defense (bodily injury and/or general liability)
Proven trial experience is a must
Skilled in reviewing and summarizing medical records and bills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
Working knowledge of Florida court procedures preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and related software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Summarize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
Prepare medical chronologies and bill summaries
Communicate professionally with clients, insurance carriers, and counsel
Manage case files and documentation efficiently
Support trial preparation and assist during trial proceedings
