Paralegal – HOA & Condominium Law

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Hybrid schedule available (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Location: Orlando

About the Role

A well-established legal practice is seeking an experienced Paralegal with a strong background in HOA and condominium association law. This position is ideal for a highly organized legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and is experienced in managing complex litigation files from inception through resolution.

The successful candidate will work closely with attorneys, association board members, homeowners, and property management companies on a wide range of community association matters, including covenant enforcement, collections, foreclosure proceedings, and general litigation support.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume caseload involving HOA and condominium association matters
Prepare and process legal documents including:
Notices
Complaints
Liens and releases of liens
Foreclosure notices
Collection-related documentation
Assist with all phases of litigation and foreclosure proceedings
Maintain case files, calendars, deadlines, and court filings
Communicate professionally with clients, board members, homeowners, and management companies
Coordinate and track referrals, complaints, and legal correspondence
Support attorneys with document preparation, case management, and litigation organization
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of litigation paralegal or legal assistant experience
Prior experience in HOA, condominium association law, or foreclosure litigation required
Strong understanding of litigation procedures and document management
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
Ability to work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
