Pay Rate: Full-Time | $55,000 – $75,000 (DOE)

Company Overview:
Join an established and well-respected Charlotte law practice dedicated to providing exceptional service in family law. We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to support our attorneys and clients in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role offers stability, growth, and the chance to make a real impact in people’s lives during critical times.

Key Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our team, you’ll play an integral role in case preparation and client support, including:
• Drafting, filing, and managing legal documents with precision.
• Organizing and maintaining 35–40 active case files using both paper processes and case management software.
• Coordinating with attorneys, courts, and clients to keep cases on track and deadlines met.
• Assisting with trial preparation, filings, and client communications.
• Balancing client-facing responsibilities with detailed documentation and back-office support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• 3–5 years’ experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, with a focus on family/domestic law.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
• Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal).
• Must have reliable transportation and availability to work on-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
