About the Role
A well-established downtown law office is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support attorneys with case management and daily legal operations. This role is ideal for a detail-driven professional who is confident managing files, deadlines, and legal documentation in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Manage and maintain legal files (electronic and paper)
Handle scheduling, calendars, and deadlines
Draft and prepare interrogatories and legal forms
Assist with document preparation and filing
Use CLEO for case management and tracking
Utilize Excel for data tracking and organization
Communicate with attorneys, staff, and clients as needed


What We’re Looking For

Prior experience as a paralegal (required)
Strong file management and organizational skills
Experience with interrogatories and legal forms
Working knowledge of CLEO
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy
Professional and dependable work style
