We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to join a dynamic legal team in Greenville. This role offers the opportunity to work across a variety of practice areas, supporting attorneys with case management, document preparation, and client communication. Ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and thrives on organization and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Support attorneys with day-to-day case management across multiple practice areas
Draft, review, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
Maintain and organize case files (electronic and physical)
Manage calendars, deadlines, and court filings
Assist with discovery, including document collection and organization
Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional manner
Conduct basic legal research as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
Strong knowledge of legal procedures, terminology, and documentation
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Preferred (Not Required):
Paralegal certificate or degree
Experience in litigation, corporate, or real estate law
Familiarity with case management and e-filing systems
