About the Role
A well-established law office is seeking a detail-oriented, dependable Legal Assistant to support litigation and transactional work. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing multiple priorities, and take pride in accuracy and professionalism—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
? Draft and edit legal documents and correspondence
? Prepare and answer interrogatories
? File pleadings with state and federal courts
? Maintain and organize case files
? Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars
? Communicate professionally with clients and staff
? Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance
Required Skills & Experience
?? Minimum 3 years experience in a legal office
?? Strong knowledge of legal terminology and document preparation
?? Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
?? Able to file pleadings, type interrogatories, schedule appointments
?? Experience in any of the following is a plus:
Insurance Defense

Oil & Gas
Real Estate
Wills & Trusts
?? Excellent organization & time-management skills
?? Dependable, professional, able to work independently
? Notary certification is a plus
