Paralegal
Location: Greenville, SC
Salary: $45,000 –$50,000 annually (depending on experience)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
About the Firm:
Our client is an established law firm in Greenville, SC, seeking an experienced and motivated Paralegal to support attorneys across a range of legal matters. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple cases in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with case management from intake through resolution
Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
Conduct legal and factual research
Manage case files, deadlines, and court calendars
Coordinate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Prepare materials for hearings, trials, and depositions
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality of all legal documents
Qualifications:
3+ years of paralegal experience required
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and court rules
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
