Paralegal – Labor Negotiations Support (Contract)
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to support our client’s labor negotiations with a union. In this role, you’ll sit in on bargaining sessions and related meetings, capturing accurate notes, organizing documentation, and helping track proposals, counterproposals, and agreed-upon language.
What you’ll do:
Attend labor negotiation meetings and take clear, comprehensive notes
Organize and summarize key discussion points, action items, and next steps
Maintain files, drafts, and versions of proposals and contract language
Coordinate with HR and legal to prepare documents and meeting materials
What we’re looking for:
Paralegal experience (labor/employment, contract law, public sector a plus)
Exceptional attention to detail and strong written communication
Ability to follow complex discussions and quickly capture key points
Discretion and professionalism handling confidential information
