Position Overview
We are seeking a qualified Paralegal to support one of our legal clients. This role is ideal for a detail oriented professional with strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of legal procedures. The successful candidate will provide essential support to attorneys and legal teams while maintaining confidentiality and meeting critical deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist attorneys with case preparation, legal research, and trial support
• Draft, review, and organize legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
• Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and court filings
• Coordinate communication with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
• Conduct document review and assist with discovery processes
• Maintain accurate and well organized legal records
• Ensure compliance with legal procedures and internal policies
• Perform additional administrative and legal support duties as assigned

Qualifications
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or related field, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience as a paralegal or legal assistant
• Familiarity with legal terminology, court procedures, and documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
