Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and format legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
Maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines
Conduct legal research and gather supporting documentation
Coordinate client meetings, depositions, and court filings
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
Prepare summaries, reports, and case updates for attorneys
Qualifications:
2+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience
Strong knowledge of legal terminology and court procedures
Excellent writing, proofreading, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with MS Office and legal case management software
Paralegal certificate preferred
