Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support the Charleston, South Carolina office. This role provides essential litigation support through case management, research, drafting, and document organization. Candidates with toxic tort or general litigation experience are strongly preferred. The position offers a fast paced and collaborative environment where accuracy, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and production documents
• Manage multiple cases from initiation through trial preparation
• Collect, organize, analyze, and summarize medical records, deposition transcripts, and discovery materials
• Conduct fact based research and document searches
• Review and analyze case documents to support litigation strategy
• Maintain organized and compliant case files
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
• Provide litigation support throughout all phases of the process while adapting to shifting priorities

Qualifications
• Paralegal Certificate required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of toxic tort or general litigation paralegal experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Professional or Adobe DC
• Strong understanding of the litigation process from case onset through trial
• Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
• Strong organizational ability with a focus on prioritizing and meeting deadlines
• Self motivated with the ability to work independently and problem solve
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a litigation team
