We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys across entity formation, estate planning, probate, and real estate transactions. This role involves preparing and filing legal documents, maintaining client records, coordinating signings, and managing communications with courts, clients, and agencies. The position also provides executive-level administrative support, including proofreading, document organization, billing assistance, and office coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, file, and maintain entity, estate, probate, and real estate documents for attorney review.
Coordinate client intakes, signings, filings, and court communications.
Manage legal systems including RocketMatter, QuickBooks, SoftPro, and Dropbox.
Provide executive assistant support to attorneys and assist with office operations.

Full-time, 40 hours per week
Pay: $55K–$65K + bonuses
