Duties

· Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.

· Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

· Manage and organize case files and documents.

· Interview clients to gather information for cases.

· Review and analyze legal documents and contracts.

· Maintain communication with clients.


Experience

ü Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department.

ü Proficient in civil cases (e.g., Declaration of Heirship, Usucapion, Deed of Release, etc.) legal drafting, research, and writing.

ü Strong knowledge of legal case management software.

ü Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
