• Schedule: Hybrid – Monday/Friday WFH, Tuesday–Thursday in-office (8:30 AM–5:00 PM, 7.5-hour workday, 1-hour unpaid lunch).

• Salary: $65,000–$85,000 annually (hourly position), based on experience.



Job Overview

We have an immediate opening for a skilled Paralegal to join a Wilmington, DE office. The ideal candidate will have exceptional litigation skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid position with a schedule of Monday and Friday work-from-home and Tuesday through Thursday in-office (8:30 AM–5:00 PM, 7.5-hour workday with a 1-hour unpaid lunch).



Responsibilities

• Draft routine legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.

• Manage multiple cases from initiation through trial.

• Collect, review, and analyze documents from various sources.

• Conduct document searches and factual research to support case needs.

• Prepare summaries of deposition transcripts, medical records, and discovery pleadings.

• Assist attorneys in all phases of the litigation process.



Skills & Qualifications

• Paralegal Certificate from an accredited school required; Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred.

• 2+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Professional/DC.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and attorneys.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to adapt to existing case management systems.

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities.

• Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of all litigation phases and ability to assist attorneys effectively.
