Are you a detail-driven professional who thrives on organization, precision, and supporting legal excellence? We’re seeking a proactive and skilled Paralegal to join our legal team. In this role, you’ll provide essential support to attorneys, manage case files, and ensure that our legal operations run smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Do:
Draft, proofread, and prepare legal documents, correspondence, and contracts
Organize, manage, and maintain case files, records, and legal databases
Conduct legal research and compile information for case preparation
Coordinate and track case deadlines, court dates, and filings
Assist with client communication, scheduling, and case updates
Support attorneys in trial preparation, depositions, and hearings
Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies (or equivalent experience)
Paralegal certification preferred but not required
2+ years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw)
