Paralegal – Join Our Experienced Legal Team Location: Buffalo or Rochester, NY (Hybrid option available after onboarding and training) Compensation: $25–$27 per hour
Are you a detail-oriented and organized paralegal looking for an opportunity to work with one of New York’s premier workers’ compensation defense firms? With over 30 years of experience, we specialize in Workers' Compensation Insurance Defense, Federal Medicare Secondary Payer Act Compliance, and Subrogation and Loss Transfer.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparing legal documents.
• Serve as a liaison between attorneys, clients, and administrative agencies.
• Manage and organize case-related documents.
• Support attorneys with hearing and trial preparation.
• Summarize medical records, hearing transcripts, and depositions.
• Conduct factual research as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
