We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Personal Injury Paralegal to join our clients legal team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all phases of personal injury cases and capable of handling complex tasks with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and file legal documents, including petitions, complaints & interrogatories
• Manage liens, disbursals, and settlement checks with accuracy & confidentiality
• Maintain detailed case files and track deadlines
• Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and case strategy
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in personal injury law
• Strong knowledge of lien resolution, disbursal procedures & settlements
• Proficiency in legal software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
