After 6 months - can work 2 days a week at home.
Responsibilities:
• Draft pleadings, discovery documents, appraisal award letters, and initial responses to CRN’s.
• Conduct legal research and investigation as needed
• Prepare email(s): to Experts with claim-related documents, comparative estimate assignments, and appraiser assignments
• Prepare and organize hearing materials and deposition binders
• Calendaring deadlines
• Schedule inspections
• Sending and submitting final CRN responses
• Strong oral and written communication skills when communicating with clients, judicial assistants, experts, and internal team members.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated ability to work with deadlines
• Ability to manage and reprioritize work daily
• Proficiency in MS Office
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Time Management and deadline oriented
