We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support our legal team by conducting research, drafting documents, organizing case files, and preparing for trials and hearings. This is a dynamic opportunity to play a critical role in the legal process while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and gather relevant data from statutes, case law, codes, and public records

Draft and prepare legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, wills, appeals, and real estate closing statements

Organize and maintain electronic and physical case files and correspondence

Prepare exhibits and materials for trials, hearings, and client meetings

File pleadings and legal documents with court clerks

Meet with clients and legal professionals to review case details

Investigate case facts and assist in determining legal causes of action

Coordinate legal office activities and manage subpoena deliveries

Summon witnesses and assist in trial preparation

Maintain up-to-date legal volumes and law library resources

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a paralegal or in a legal support role

Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and research tools

Exceptional organizational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines
