Responsibilities include data entry, organizing and maintaining electronic and physical files, assisting attorneys and case coordinators, communicating with clients and insurance adjusters, drafting correspondence, processing mail, collecting and updating medical records, sending FOIL requests, contacting health insurance carriers, drafting legal documents, and preparing closing documentation.

Required qualifications include strong knowledge of PC applications, prior office and customer service experience, and excellent communication skills. Preferred experience includes prior paralegal work and certification.
