Packing Industry Sales Representative – Rochester
Pay Range: $100,000 annually

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our Rochester team. The primary responsibility of this role is to deliver complete and appropriate solutions for every customer, driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and profitability. The Sales Representative will identify potential customers, sell company products, and maintain strong business relationships to ensure long-term success.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
• Familiarity with market conditions in the assigned territory is required
• Ability to react promptly to changes and solve basic problems
• Working knowledge of MS Office and other business software
• Strong analytical mindset and organizational skills
• 2–4 year degree in Business preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and qualify potential new customers using networking and research tools
• Develop a working knowledge of company products and their applications
• Prepare accurate internal documentation to support customer quotes
• Close sales and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing customers
• Maintain detailed customer contact records, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
• Participate in training sessions, meetings, and conferences as required
Physical Requirements
• Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing)
• Regular movement to meet with customers
• Operation of office equipment including computers, calculators, copy machines, and printers
• Reliable transportation to travel between customer accounts; occasional small deliveries may be required
• Frequent communication with production and office staff, requiring accurate information exchange
• Ability to inspect goods and customer locations as needed
• Regular exercise of judgment and responsibility for decisions impacting people, sales, and service quality
