We are hiring a Package Technician for a long-term contract opportunity supporting packaging operations in a light industrial manufacturing environment. This role focuses on hand packaging, following established procedures, and maintaining quality and accuracy.


Responsibilities

- Pack and package products by hand using various materials
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Read and follow written and verbal instructions
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and safety standards
- Perform work while standing or sitting, depending on task
- Move items up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs


Qualifications

- High School diploma or equivalent (required)
- Ability to pass a background check (required)
- Experience in packaging, production, or light industrial environments
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Good manual dexterity and comfort with repetitive tasks
- Basic MS Office skills (preferred)
- Light industrial test will need a passing score
