Are you a natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments? Do you love solving problems, streamlining processes, and motivating a team to hit big goals? If you're excited by the idea of guiding a production crew through new challenges every day — all while helping create high-quality products for customers across multiple markets — we want to meet you!

Every day is a new adventure, with multiple product lines, quick changeovers, and a commitment to excellence, we’re looking for a Packaging Supervisor who can keep operations running smoothly, inspire the team, and continuously improve the work.

What You’ll Do

As our Packaging Supervisor, you will be at the heart of production operations. Your day-to-day impact will include:

Lead & Inspire:

Supervise, train, motivate, and support a team of production staff.

Lead by example — communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively.

Help cultivate a positive culture where safety, quality, and teamwork thrive.

Drive Production Excellence:

Implement and execute the daily production schedule to hit output goals.

Keep lines running efficiently during constant product changeovers.

Ensure every product meets our standards for quality, safety, and consistency.

Collaborate with other supervisors to keep everything moving seamlessly from shift to shift.

Be the Problem-Solver:

Make quick, smart staffing decisions as production needs shift.

Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance.

Identify opportunities to improve processes, methods, and workflow — and take action.

Own Quality & Compliance

Ensure GMP, Food Safety, HACCP, SQF, and safety standards are followed.

Review batch records, packaging specs, lot codes, and documentation.

Partner with our Quality team to address and solve quality concerns.

Keep the team Moving:

Ensure all components — bottles, labels, caps, cotton, and more — are stocked and ready.

Track man-hours and line efficiency to drive productivity.

Coordinate with Customer Service on priority orders or special customer requests.

What You Bring:

3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or production.

A strong understanding of food production or quality systems (SQF, HACCP, etc.).

A mechanical mindset and the confidence to troubleshoot and guide your team.

Excellent communication and leadership skills — people trust and follow you.

Ability to stay organized, calm, and effective in a dynamic environment.

Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, MRP software).

Bilingual or forklift certified? Even better!

Why You’ll Love Working Here:

Every day brings new challenges — and new opportunities to grow.

You’ll be part of a team that values problem-solvers, innovators, and leaders.

Your ideas matter — we want you to help make our processes better.

Competitive pay, great benefits, and a supportive environment where your impact is felt immediately.

Ready to Lead? Apply Today!

Bring your leadership, your energy, and your drive — and help continue producing the best products.
