Job Title: Packaging Production Associate

Location: De Soto, KS
Reports To: Client Services Supervisor/Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable individual to join our team as a Packaging Production Associate. The position involves operating equipment, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Schedule & Pay:
• Monday – Friday: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• Pay rate: $21.34/hr
Responsibilities:
• Operate production and packaging equipment, including startup, minor adjustments, and quality monitoring
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation of production activities
• Clean and sanitize work areas according to SOPs
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support production needs
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong analytical, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs intermittently
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques preferred
• Familiarity with USDA regulations, SOPs, and SPPs is a plus
