Job Summary

We are hiring Packaging Operators for immediate contract and temporary opportunities in Kansas City, KS. As a Packaging Operator, you will help support daily production by packaging finished products, checking labels and quantities, operating packaging equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. This role offers clear expectations, supportive on-site direction, and a team-focused environment where reliability, safety, and attention to detail are valued.

This Packaging Operator position is ideal for candidates who are ready to work, want to build manufacturing experience, and prefer a structured production setting with consistent schedules and practical training.

Key Responsibilities

- Package finished products according to production specifications and quality standards.
- Verify product quantities, labels, lot numbers, and packaging accuracy.
- Operate bagging and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collect product samples for quality testing when required.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices, safety procedures, housekeeping standards, and sanitation requirements.
- Assist with additional production and general warehouse duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $14.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Location: Kansas City, KS.
- Schedule options: 1st Shift, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, or 3rd Shift, 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM.
