We are hiring Packaging Operators for 3rd shift opportunities in the Kansas City, KS area. Key Responsibilities
- Package finished products according to production specifications, quantity requirements, and quality standards.
- Verify product labels, lot numbers, containers, documentation, and packaging accuracy.
- Operate packaging and bagging equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collect product samples for quality testing when required.
- Maintain a clean work area and assist with housekeeping throughout the facility.
- Follow all safety procedures, company guidelines, and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Package finished products and verify labels, lot numbers, quantities, and documentation.
- Operate packaging and bagging equipment in a production environment.
- Maintain quality standards by following GMP, safety procedures, and written instructions.
- Support housekeeping, sampling, and additional production tasks as needed.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds throughout the shift.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
- Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or packaging experience is helpful but not required.
- Steel-toe boots are required.
- Must be able to complete required safety training prior to starting.
- Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work well in a team-oriented production environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, packaging, or food/agriculture-related operations.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices or quality-focused production environments.
- Experience operating packaging, bagging, or related production equipment.
