Job Summary

A Packaging Operator opportunity is available in Sabetha, KS for candidates with manufacturing, production, packaging, or food and beverage production experience. This contract/temporary role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and understands the importance of safety, consistency, and teamwork in a production environment.

The Packaging Operator is responsible for bagging finished product according to standard operating procedures and facility requirements. This role offers a stable, team-focused work setting with supportive leadership, clear expectations, and the opportunity to build valuable experience in food and beverage production. Candidates who are dependable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented will be well positioned for success.

Key Responsibilities

- Bag finished product according to facility SOPs, production standards, and packaging specifications.
- Safely operate equipment and tools associated with assigned packaging duties.
- Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work areas through good housekeeping practices.
- Follow standard operating procedures and communicate opportunities for improvement when identified.
- Report unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, food safety concerns, or product integrity issues to appropriate personnel.
- Perform assigned duties efficiently while supporting a respectful and team-oriented production environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $15 to $16 per hour.
- Job type: Contract/Temporary.
