Packaging I – BASF
Location: 14284 Highway 41 North, Sparks, GA 31647
Pay: $17.00/hour
Assignment Dates: December 12, 2025 – April 15, 2026
About the Role
Global leader in agricultural chemicals is hiring Packaging I team members to support packaging operations. This role involves handling boxes, jugs, and other materials, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform packaging tasks such as batching, labeling, capping, boxing, wiping, stacking, and maintaining housekeeping standards.
Follow site safety, security, and environmental rules.
Lift and handle materials regularly (up to 50 lbs).
Work in high-noise areas and wear a respirator when required.
Operate a forklift as needed.
Schedule
2-2-3 rotating shift (covering 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Includes weekends; 10–12 hour shifts.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED (must be verified).
Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and medical clearance.
Comfortable with physical tasks, including climbing stairs and lifting.
Ability to understand instructions and basic arithmetic.
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Additional Details
In-person interviews.
Drug screen and medical clearance performed on-site.
Conditional start upon passing drug screen.
Must meet respirator clearance requirements.
