Packaging Associates are needed for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Camarillo, CA, supporting packaging and bottling operations in a biotechnology and pharmaceutical production environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform packaging and bottling duties on an assembly line in a production environment.
- Inspect products, bottles, labels, and packaging materials for accuracy and quality.
- Follow established production procedures, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area throughout the shift.
- Meet daily production expectations while supporting team workflow and line efficiency.
- Report packaging issues, equipment concerns, or product defects to the appropriate team lead or supervisor.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $17.00 to $18.00 per hour.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Location: Camarillo, CA.
- Perform packaging and bottling work on a production assembly line.
- Support accurate labeling, packing, and product handling processes.
- Maintain quality, cleanliness, and safety standards in a manufacturing environment.
- Work efficiently as part of a production team to meet output goals.
- Minimum of 2 years of packaging, bottling, assembly line, or related production experience.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive production tasks.
- Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing, production, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical-related environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device, or regulated production environments.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures, production documentation, or clean work practices.
- Previous temp-to-hire or long-term production experience.
