We are seeking a dependable and motivated Packaging Associate to join our day-shift production team. This role involves hands-on work on a fast-paced production line, including assembling, packaging, labeling, and stacking finished products while following safety and quality standards.
Location: Kirkwood Area – West of Downtown St. Louis

Pay Rate: $17/hour
Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
• One 30-minute unpaid lunch break
• Two paid 15-minute breaks
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Required
• Safety-toe work boots or shoes
• Safety glasses
• Gloves
• Hearing protection in designated areas
Responsibilities
• Place bottles and components on conveyor lines
• Label cases, cartons, and bags
• Pack and stack finished goods
• Verify components and codes match packaging orders
• Monitor product quality and report damaged or off-spec items to the supervisor
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area throughout the shift and during end-of-day cleaning
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Arrive on time daily and notify management in advance of any absences
Other duties may be assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisor.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0–1 year of general work experience (light assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus)
• Ability to read and understand production documents, SDS, and safety information
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment
• Lift up to 35 lbs
• Stand 8–9 hours per day
• Frequent bending
• Minimal climbing
