Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Production Associates to support packaging and production line operations. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment to ensure products are properly labeled, coded, and packaged while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform tasks on production lines to ensure products are labeled, coded, and packaged accurately
Verify that components and codes meet packaging order requirements
Place bottles on conveyor lines and assist with line operations
Label cases, bags, and finished goods
Pack and stack completed products
Monitor product quality and report any damage or off-spec conditions to the production supervisor
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the shift, including end-of-day cleaning
Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE at all times
Demonstrate reliability by reporting to work on time and communicating absences appropriately
Qualifications
0–1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or light assembly preferred
Ability to read and understand production documents, SDS, and safety instructions
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
Stand for 8–9 hours per shift
Frequent bending required
Minimal climbing
Working Conditions
Climate-controlled environment (temperature may vary by area)
Minimal dust exposure
Well-lit workspace
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
Safety toe work boots or shoes
Safety glasses
Gloves
Hearing protection (as required in designated areas)
