Job Title: Packaging Associate – 1st Shift
Location: St. Louis, MO( 63026 )
Pay Rate: Up to $17.00/hour
Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary
Client is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Packaging Associates to support production operations. Under the direction of the Production Manager, the Packaging Associate will ensure products are correctly labeled, coded, packaged, and prepared for shipment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
• Verify components and product codes per packaging orders
• Place bottles on conveyor lines
• Label cases and bags accurately
• Pack, stack, and prepare finished goods
• Identify and report damaged or off-spec products to the supervisor
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift
• Perform end-of-shift cleanup
• Wear all required PPE at all times
• Report to work on time and maintain dependable attendance
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager or Supervisor

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• 0–1 year of light assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read and understand production documents, SDS, and safety information
• Physically able to:
• Stand 8–9 hours per day
• Lift up to 35 lbs
• Perform frequent bending
• Minimal climbing required
• Must pass a drug screening
